- Where publicly available already, or with the consent of the Service Provider, we will display the contact details of Service Providers on our FlowJob Directory
- All communication between Customers and Service Providers takes place securely through the FlowJob Messaging System of the Website
Technical Data
- We reserve the right to collect technical data about the browser software type or operating system type that Users of the Website are using. This data is mainly for the purposes of tracking use of the Website or improving our service offering. This information will be not used to personally identify you
- We may place a 'cookie' on your computer to enable us to identify you when you return to the Website. This way, your preferences can be stored and it will make the use of the Website more efficient for the User
- The User of the Website can remove cookies from their computer at any time or choose to disable cookies in their internet browser settings

- In addition to the details gathered from Customers, details gathered from Service Providers may include relevant business and other details, as well as details for references and their contact phone numbers

- By registering your details on the website as a Customer or Service Provider, you consent to us contacting you via email, postal mail or telephone with information that is relevant to the services on our Website
- In return for a small administration fee, you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information that we hold on you. Furthermore, you have the right to update or change the information we hold about you at any time
- On signing up as a service provider we request your credit card details to make payment for your membership. This information is ONLY passed on securely to our 3rd party payment partner PayPal. We do not store your financial information on our site or database.
