What does the Testimonial Service involve?
- The Testimonial Service is a Bolt-on product we offer in addition to your chosen FlowJob Service Provider listing package
- As a new member of the FlowJob Service Provider community, you will be extra keen to establish your reputation as the Best Local Person for the Job
- For a small admin fee, a member of the FlowJob team will contact up to a maximum of two of your previous Customers (using contact details provided by you) and request genuine feedback on your behalf to be posted on your profile (subject to your final approval)
- This way, even when quoting on your first Job via FlowJob, Customers will be able to see that you have an established track record of providing great customer service and value for money!

What does Banner Advertising involve?
- Banner Advertising is a Bolt-on product we offer in addition to your chosen FlowJob Service Provider listing package

How much does it cost to subscribe to FlowJob?
- All of our value-added products cost much less than old-fashioned directories!
- Unlike other service marketplaces,
- We DO NOT charge fees for Leads provided
- We DO NOT charge Success Fees upon the completion of a Job
- We are focused on Getting Ireland Back to Work, so we only charge a small Annual Membership Fee; everything you earn through FlowJob after that is all yours!
- Money generated by FlowJob in Membership Fees is ploughed back into marketing and PR for the FlowJob Website in order to generate more Jobs for you!

How can my membership be renewed?
- To make sure you keep hearing about new opportunities to make money, we will automatically renew your membership for you
- Obviously, you can cancel your membership at any time, should you wish to. However, please note that there are no refunds
How can I cancel my membership?
Do FlowJob perform background checks on Service Providers?
- No, we do not perform background checks on Service Providers prior to joining FlowJob
- We do not endorse the Service Providers on FlowJob
- We believe that our genuine FlowJob Ratings System is the best way to ensure the highest possible quality
- In order to provide assurances to Customers and maximise the chances of Service Providers winning quotes, we ask each Service Provider to include in their profile in the FlowJob Directory any Qualifications, Accreditations and Insurance details which are relevant for the services that they provide
- we ask that you are able to provide proof of any Qualifications, Accreditations and Insurance upon request by a Customer before work on the Job in question commences
HOW TO USE FLOWJOB
How often are FlowJob e-mail and Text Alerts sent out?
- As soon as a Job is posted and approved by FlowJob, we will immediately send SMS alerts and e-mails to all relevant Service Providers
Who are FlowJob alerts sent to?
- As a Service Provider, when you sign up you will have the opportunity to choose the Category that you wish to receive FlowJob alerts for based on your Relevant Skills and Trades
- If a Job is posted under Skills and Trades that you are registered for, you will receive an alert as soon as the Job is posted
Can I hold more that one FlowJob account
How do I choose Jobs to quote for?
- In order to be able to quote on FlowJob alerts and send messages to/swap contact details with Customers, you must be fully signed-up as a Standard FlowJob Directory Listing member
- Before providing a quote, Service Providers must consider whether the Job requires an in-person viewing in order to further understand the nature of the work needed
- Should you feel that a viewing is required, please contact the Customer using the FlowJob Messaging System
- Customers may require Service Providers to provide an indicative quote over the FlowJob Messaging System before arranging a viewing
Why am I not provided with the Customer’s contact details in the initial Job description and FlowJob alert
- The initial FlowJob alerts sent out are available to be viewed by the public
- These alerts do not contain any contact details of the Customer and in order to be able to respond to/quote on these alerts you must be fully signed-up as a Standard FlowJob Directory Listing member
- Because the initial FlowJob alerts are available to the public, we protect the contact details of the Customer so as to avoid them receiving unsolicited calls or spam e-mails
- As a fully signed-up Standard FlowJob Directory Listing member, you will be able to easily send the Customer a message or swap contact details using our online FlowJob Messaging System
Do Customers have access to my contact details
- YES. Your contact details are publicly available on the FlowJob Directory of Service Providers
- The level of detail in your FlowJob Directory profile will depend on the level of FlowJob Directory Listing that you have opted for
How do I quote on a Job?
- It’s EASY! To quote on a Job, follow these simple steps:
- Log-in to FlowJob using your Username and Password (alternatively, click on the link sent to you in the FlowJob e-mail alert)
- Select the relevant area in the OPPORTUNITIES section
- If you require more information about a Job or would like to arrange a viewing before you feel comfortable giving a final quote, please contact the Customer using our online FlowJob Messaging System
- Customers may require Service Providers to provide an indicative quote over the FlowJob Messaging System before arranging a viewing
- Otherwise, simply type in the price of your quote, include any additional comments in the comments box and submit it
Should quotes include both materials and labour?
- The Job description sent by the Customer should state if the Customer will supply any materials or not
- If it does not, please contact the Customer using the FlowJob Messaging System
- In order to maximise the chances of you winning the Job, please make sure that your quote reflects the preferences of the Customer and that you have entered the correct aggregate amount for materials and labour costs
Should quotes include VAT?
- All quotes submitted to Customers should be inclusive of VAT if a Service Provider is VAT registered
- FlowJob does not verify the VAT status of its Service Providers
I have already submitted a quote; can I change the price of my quote
- NO. We want to avoid messing the Customer around with changing quotes at the last minute
Are quotes for Jobs legally binding
- FlowJob will not get involved in any legal disputes and we do not provide contracts for each Job accepted
- However, please remember that your final quote on the FlowJob Website may be used as a written record by either the Service Provider or the Customer
How can I increase my chances of winning work through FlowJob?
- Members of the FlowJob Service Provider community that have established a high average FlowJob Star Rating using the FlowJob Star Rating System will be considered more favourably by Customers, assuming all prices quoted are the same
- Obviously, lower priced quotes may be looked on more favourably by Customers also
- Speed of response to FlowJob alerts is also key as while some Jobs may remain open to bids for up to 4 weeks, most Jobs will be awarded in considerably less time, potentially only a couple of hours after being posted by the Customer
- This is why we recommend opting into FlowJob SMS Text Alerts as a Bolt-on Product
I have quoted for a Job, what now?
- If your quote is accepted by the Customer, you will be notified by e-mail immediately. You will also be notified if your quote was not accepted by a Customer
- You can check the status of any Job which you have or have not quoted for in the OPPORTUNITIES section of your account
The Customer has agreed to hire me, what now?
- We recommend that you call the Customer as soon as possible to discuss the work opportunity in more detail and agree a start date for the Job
- If you have not already swapped contact details with the Customer, simply ask the Customer to do so with you using the FlowJob Messaging System

How does the FlowJob Star Ratings System work?
- The FlowJob Star Ratings System is at the heart of the FlowJob community
- Unlike other old-fashioned directories or marketplaces, our FlowJob Star Ratings System only allows genuine Customers that have found their Service Provider through FlowJob to leave a FlowJob Star Rating or feedback
- The FlowJob Star Ratings System
- helps Customers to make an informed decision; and
- rewards excellent customer service by helping the Best Local Person stand out from the crowd
- The FlowJob Star Ratings System is based on the following pillars of good customer service
- Quality of Work
- Value for Money
- Reliability and Trustworthiness
- You will be awarded a FlowJob Star Rating out of 5 in each of the above categories and then an average overall FlowJob Star Rating for the Job (out of 5)
- The Customer will also be able to leave some short text summarising their feedback for other Customers
- Please note that Service Providers are able to respond to any neutral or negative feedback on the Website by posting a message directly below the feedback given
- As you complete more Jobs over time, your average FlowJob Star Rating will develop
- Any Service Provider caught trying to ‘play the system’ will be permanently removed from the Website
- we reserve the right, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, to remove any User from the Website at our discretion and without notice who we believe to have breached any of our policies
How do I get my first FlowJob Star Rating and feedback?
- If you are a new member of the FlowJob community of Service Providers, you will be seeking to build up your FlowJob Star Rating
- In this case, we recommend that you consider
- seeking to quote on as many Jobs as possible
- pricing your quotes as competitively as possible
- seeking to list on your FlowJob Directory profile details of feedback or testimonials from some of your previous customers that were not obtained through FlowJob (see Testimonial Service Bolt-on Product)
- Starting a virtuous cycle of success can be done very quickly with FlowJob!
Why should Customers leave a FlowJob Star Rating?
- We believe in rewarding good work and we are here to help high quality local Service Providers find more work where they deserve it!
- By leaving a detailed FlowJob Star Rating, Customers will enhance a Service Provider’s prospects to gain further work through FlowJob and they will be joining us in Getting Ireland Back to Work!
- We recommend that Customers leave detailed feedback after every FlowJob using our FlowJob Star Ratings System
When should Customers leave a FlowJob Star Rating and any feedback?
- Upon the completion of a Job
- In case the Customer forgets, we will automatically remind the them to leave a FlowJob Star Rating and any feedback
I have completed a Job but the Customer has not yet left a FlowJob Star Rating and feedback, what can I do?
- We recommend that you get in touch with the Customer and ask them to provide a FlowJob Star Rating and any feedback on the Website using the FlowJob Star Ratings System
- In case you forget, we will automatically remind the Customer to leave a FlowJob Star Rating
What makes a good FlowJob Star Rating?
- A good FlowJob Star Rating
- is a fair Rating
- is impartial and unbiased
- reflects the Customer’s genuine views on the overall quality of customer service
- We encourage Customers to only be critical where criticism is fair and due
What should not be included in FlowJob Customer feedback?
- Comments that do not relate to the Job
- Personal contact details
- Unprofessional, inappropriate or offensive remarks

I have unfairly received a poor FlowJob Star Rating and/or negative feedback, what can I do?
- We recommend that you get in touch with the Customer to seek to resolve the disagreement directly
- Please note that Service Providers are able to respond to any neutral or negative Customer feedback on the Website by posting a message directly below the feedback given
Why has positive feedback been removed from my account?
- Suspicious FlowJob Star Ratings or feedback submitted through the FlowJob Ratings system will be flagged and investigated
- We will remove any FlowJob Star Ratings or feedback that fails our checks

- Depending on the type of payment method used, there may be a delay in a restriction being lifted on your account
